Join a daily live guided practice (first 5 minutes: daily reminders/journalling, then 20 minutes of breath-work with mindfulness, cognitive framing, and parts work embedded within, the last 5 minutes to relax into and reflect on the day ahead). It's designed to help you regulate your body with breath-work and mindfulness meditations, orient your mind with cognitive structuring, and integrate your parts with an accepting acknowledgement — so you can move through your day with clarity and intention.
