What to Expect

A 30-minute weekday morning practice to help you regulate, reprogram, and integrate before the day begins, or anytime at all.

The Daily Flow

Each morning follows a simple 5 / 20 / 5 structure. You arrive, breathe, and integrate — together.

Arrive (5 min)

We begin with framing the mind. No forced small talk, just a quiet space to settle in and read your daily reminder sheet or journal before we move into the collective practice.

Practice (20 min)

The core of our morning. A guided sequence of active breathwork to regulate the system, alongside specific exercies like mindfulness, cognitive framing, and parts-work focus to help you orient your day.

Integrate (5 min)

We close with a moment of stillness or a simple grounding prompt. You transition from our inner sanctuary back into your daily world, feeling integrated and ready.

What You Need

  • A quiet, private spot where you can sit.
  • An internet connection if you're joining live. 
  • Good quality headphones couldn't hurt.
  • Loose, comfortable clothing that doesn’t restrict your belly.
  • The Daily Reminder Sheet / a journal
A Gentle Safety Note

Breathwork is a powerful physiological tool. For your safety, never practice while driving or operating machinery. If you are pregnant, have a history of seizures, or cardiovascular issues, please consult with your physician before joining the active breathwork portion of the practice.
